Accounts, Display Names, and Online Features
Our games may allow you to choose a display name and use online features. You are responsible for your display name and your activity in our games.

We may investigate, moderate, restrict, suspend, terminate, or otherwise limit access to accounts or online features that we believe violate these Terms, harm the game experience, or create security, fairness, community, or operational concerns.
We may take enforcement actions without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to protect our players, our games, our services, or the integrity of gameplay.
Multiplayer, Friends, Teams, and Community Features
Our games may include multiplayer features, friends, teams, leaderboards, chat, or other community features. These features are provided to improve gameplay and player connection, but they must be used respectfully.
We may remove messages, restrict communication, remove players from teams, reset leaderboards, limit matchmaking, restrict multiplayer access, or take other moderation actions when we believe it is necessary to protect the game, the community, or fair play.
Chat and Communications
If chat or messaging features are available, you agree not to use them for harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, sharing private information, or any other harmful or inappropriate behavior.
We may review, moderate, restrict, or remove communications where permitted by law and where necessary to operate, secure, or protect our services and players.
Purchases and Virtual Items
Our games may offer purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, virtual items, or other paid content. Purchases are processed through the applicable platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and are provided as a limited license for use within the game.
All purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the purchased content within the game and do not transfer ownership of any virtual item, currency, feature, or content.
We may modify, rebalance, remove, or discontinue virtual items, features, rewards, or content as part of operating and improving the game.
Cloud Saves and Backups
We may provide cloud save, backup, or account recovery features. We make reasonable efforts to keep these services available, but we do not guarantee that saved data will always be available, complete, or error-free.
Intellectual Property
Our games, website, artwork, code, designs, characters, logos, names, music, text, and related content are owned by Game Makers LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Makers LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our games or services.
